In 2012 we opened our first Au Jus in a snug little shop on the Upper East Side serving a few roasted meats and sides, classic roasted chicken, delicious sandwiches and homemade soups. Since then we’ve expanded our repertoire with succulent Oklahoma BBQ, salads, snacks and desserts. We’re adding locations, too. Visit our restaurant in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. And watch for our new opening in Harlem. Our dishes are prepared fresh daily with top-quality meats, ingredients, and plenty of homemade care! Stop in soon or order directly for local delivery.
