Beets and Carrots do not compromise on quality, using only the fresh, natural, and organic ingredients from places such as Dutch Meadows Farm and Satur Farm that share our views on the holistic approach to growing plants and raising animals. Chef/owner Viacheslav Khetagurov and his wife Darya , introducing New York cuisine that is both simple and elegant, reflective of what is most glorious in the season, that would put vegetables at the center of the plate, also meat and fish, but in smaller doses.
