This is Butcher & Banker, a new “steakeasy” at the crossroads of Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Javits Center and Hudson Yards.
Butcher & Banker is no ordinary steakhouse. Seasonal ingredients and unique flavor combinations showcase the kitchen’s creativity. A dozen different steaks are on offer, but non-steak eaters will dine exceedingly well here.
