Our brother, Elias Fasolas, dreamed of bringing authentic Greek cuisine to the heart of the town he loved. In July, 2003, that dream became a reality when Greek To Go opened in the Smithpoint Plaza in Stony Brook, New York. Today, Greek To Go is still family owned and continues to carry on Elias’ legacy with generous portions of the finest Mediterranean fare.
