Indian table showcases the flavors Herbs & Spices and cooking techniques of coastal India, the West Indian state once colonized by the Portuguese, with a distinct British influence. The menu is inspired by Michelin Star Chef Eric McCarthy. Growing up in the Goan village of Candolim and refined by his experience leading the kitchens of acclaimed NYC restaurants, Tamarind, Tulsi Brick lane Curry House. Indian table pays homage to the food, art and culture of India in the dynamic Brooklyn neighborhood.
