Unapologetic Foods by restaurateur Roni Mazumdar & Chintan Pandya is exploring the yesteryears of India from the perspective of a 75 year old immigrant man from Kolkata — Roni’s father. His favorite memories of food have been recreated with utmost integrity, intricate age-old techniques, authentic cookware and family recipes. Those fleeting moments from the homes in Kolkata to the homes he visited are being restored at a festive space in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn.
