Primal Cut, operated by the owners of Sapphire Gentlemen’s Club, is a modern steakhouse on The Upper East. The lavish restaurant boasts a 60-seat dining area and generous bar possessing an elaborate glass mosaic face and mirrored back bar. A deep smoked oak wood floor and ceilings is set against sleek bronze accents, while upholstered private dining booths are punctuated by custom bronze pendants and chandeliers. Fit for an intimate occasion or large group event, the upscale steakhouse delivers a unique and unexpected dining experience to the space.

The menu, created by our Executive Chef focuses on elevated steakhouse staples with fresh and seasonal additions, complemented by dynamic dishes that go outside the lines of a traditional steakhouse menu. Signature dishes include a Thick-Cut Glazed Bacon, Yellowtail Hamachi, Berkshire Pork Chop, and cuts of the highest quality, including Japanese Wagyu A5+, a New York Strip, and Australian Wagyu Tomahawk for two. Primal Cut’s 25-foot bar comes alive with an impressive beverage program. The cocktail menu offers tried and true classics, accompanied by creative versions of the originals.
