Albert Allaham, the owner of Reserve Cut, is a master butcher and the owner of high-end meat market The Prime Cut in Brooklyn, which serves top quality meats to customers throughout New York. He descends from a long lineage of expert butchers dating back over 200 years from Damascus, Syria, where his family ran one of the country’s most respected butcher shops.

Reserve Cut provides creative Contemporary Kosher Cuisine, polished service and an inviting atmosphere.
