The owner of ViaRoma, Roma Jakobov, is the son of two immigrant parents, Roma who are the first generation born in the United States. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. It was always a dream of his to open a restaurant in his hometown, where he could curate guest experiences unlike anywhere
