ROUTE 27 PIZZA

Owner and long-time Islip resident, Frank Stagnitta brings 30 years of experience and over 3 generations of Italian culinary excellence to Route 27 Pizza. The tradition began with his grandparents who immigrated from Italy and shared their old-world family recipes. Frank’s first store in Brightwaters opened with the help of his mother, Molly, and served up a delicious sauce that complemented their great meatballs, eggplant dinners, and countless other savory dishes.

Frank delights diners with everything from his Deep-Dish specialties & creative pizza toppings to his NY Neapolitan, which are all created with the finest ingredients. His extensive menu includes appetizers, fresh salads, a variety of chicken, veal, and seafood entrees, as well as over 20 different pasta dishes with something to please every palate.
