Laura and I have been serving customers for many years with our mobile Laura’s BBQ Shack truck. We bring the food to you for any type of party or catering, and also do carry out for smaller parties where our truck isn’t needed.

Laura’s BBQ Waterfront Smokehouse opened in August 2020 to rave reviews and satisfied customers. We are the only true Texas style barbeque on Long Island!
