Originally opened in 1974 as a beer and sandwich shop in a flea market which is now part of the South Street Seaport Museum; Jeremy’s has moved 4 times since then always remaining on Front Street. Now known for its fresh seafood and Ice cold 32 oz. beers it occupies what was once a filet house at 228 Front St. It is still a family business and when not at the Freeport Long Island location, Jeremy can often still be seen on the premises .
