Kodawari Coffee

Kodawari is the Japanese word for obsession characterized by a fastidiousness born from a deep artisan passion. Our kodawari is coffee.

We strive to perfect the whole process from bean to cup and our beans are sourced from small cooperatives and even from individual farmers. This means that everyone involved in the process is fairly compensated, which unfortunately is not the case for the majority of coffee bean growers in the world. We use our partner, Kopi Trading, to source and roast all our beans. With our involvement in the sourcing, roasting, and brewing methods, we are able to ensure the quality and care put into our coffee from every step along the way until it reaches your hands.
