Koi Sushi is located in 136 Main Street, Sayville NY 11782. We opened in August 2016. We specialized in Pan-Asian Fusion cuisine. The uniqueness of our cuisine starts with our all hand-made sauces, which are prepared on site with only the freshest produce and highest quality ingredients. We use traditional cooking technique and fuse them with a modern twist.
