When we opened our doors in 1993 we wanted to provide the neighborhood of Bay Ridge a different type of restaurant. We wanted to make Pegasus a a special kind of place, a place of escape for our customers. 25+ years later we think we’ve been successful in our mission and we are so proud to continue
